Green Bay’s long-standing, and family-owned neighborhood liquor store - Gerczak's - was acquired by another long-established Green Bay business - Biebel's Catering & Rental company in February 2021. The name change to Gerczak's Liquor & Beverage Catering was made concurrently with the purchase.

Gerczak's continues to provide a wide selection of domestic, imported and craft beers, kegs and trailers, spirits at many price points, wine, seltzers, mixers, snacks and ice. Dry ice is also available. We are happy to provide outstanding customer service including carrying your purchase to your vehicle, accomodating special orders, and open 365 days a year.  

For all of our customers - we also provide bar set-up and/or bartending services for your special event. Delivery of bulk, palleted beverages and ice is also available. We will work with you to provide the right package to make your event seamless and worry-free. 

WIth Gerczak's and Biebel’s under one umbrella, we can now bring to our corporate and social customers the ability to provide food & beverage catering and party rental services for events such as weddings, corporate events, company picnics and more for our large base of customers in NE Wisconsin and the UP of Michigan.
